Returns & Refunds 

Change of Mind: Not accepted on installed handles or custom orders. Unopened items: 30-day returns. Customer pays return shipping. 

Faulty Items: Covered under Australian Consumer Law. Email photos to info@fitin.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace/refund + cover return shipping if it’s our fault. 

Brass/Bronze Products: Natural materials will develop patina and colour variation over time. This is not a defect. Minor marks or tarnishing are normal.
