TERMS OF SERVICE - Fitin

1. Orders & Payment 

All prices in AUD include GST. Payment required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders.

2. Shipping 

Orders dispatch in 1-3 business days from Seven Hills, NSW. Delivery 7-12 business days via Standard Post. Risk passes to you once currier scans the parcel. We’re not liable for carrier delays.

3. Product Information 

Hardware dimensions are hand-measured and may vary by 1-3mm. Photos are for illustration — actual colour/finish may differ slightly by screen or production batch. If unsure, email us before buying.

4. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for incorrect installation, misuse, or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the product purchase price.

5. Governing Law 

NSW, Australia. Australian Consumer Law rights apply and can’t be excluded.
